You can reply to our "celebration" email with your accommodation expectations, and we will reserve a hotel block in Truckee for those who would like help with their accommodations. (Please note that this is the Thursday before Labor Day Weekend, and Truckee is a tourist destination. The sooner we book accommodations, the better).

The ceremony will be held at Dancing Pines, up Highway 89N about 30 minutes north of Truckee. Please expect construction delays of up to 20 minutes.

Ride shares are often UNavailable in and around Truckee. We will ask that people plan to carpool to Dancing Pines, as there is a 30 car maximum at the venue.

No. Dancing Pines is an outdoor wedding venue that is COMPLETELY OFF GRID. There will be NO cellphone service, and there is no power onsite. Please expect to be off-grid for 4 hours, and plan accordingly.

The ceremony will be at 2:15pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early, and expect construction delays. 3 drink tickets will be passed out to each person upon arrival, and can be traded in for beer or wine after the ceremony. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided at no ticket cost.

The after party will be an unofficial gathering in downtown Truckee at our favorite local bar, RMU. Everyone is welcome! RMU will also be open to the public during this time. There will be a live band from 6-9pm, and food and drinks will be available for purchase through the bar. We will see about having some signature cocktails available for guests with drink tickets, but we're still sorting the details of all that, so stay tuned as we get those plans dialed in.

Our friend Larry, who owns RedTruck (at the Truckee airport) will be hosting a dinner for us on Wednesday evening, September 2, at the Truckee airport. We are requesting that you let us know if you'll be coming from out of town, and plan to attend the rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding. We will plan the dinner according to this count.
